Theme:  The Kutch district of Gujarat is a confluence of sea water and desert. Theme of our hand-woven stole is based on this same confluence. A medley of two different eco wonders: Sea water and the Desert.

←This are the Waves of the sea. (Swaying sea) One side is sunny & the back side is dark.

←This part reflects the deep ocean, looking at it from far away, it turns from pale to dark.

←Then comes the shore of the sea which manifests a vast sandy area or beach.

←This is the innermost part of the sea which has living creatures like fish and octopus.

♣Why does this hand-woven cloth matter ? 

This precious hand-woven stole comes to you from the 9 times President Awardee Master craftsmen Family from Bhujodi. The head of the Vankar family Master-craftsman Shri Premji Vankar was awarded as  “Shilp Guru” by the President of India in the year 2006.
