| Direction to use : | Kashay with milk: In a pan add water + kashaya powder + sugar let it boil till you smell the aroma. Add milk and brew it for a minute or two and turn off the heat. Adjust milk as per your preference.Kashay without milk: Add some lemon juice as per your taste(If you want to replace sugar with jaggery or honey add as per your taste when you pour kashay in cup). |
